Lubna Emam is a distinguished belly dance artist from Egypt, celebrated for her exceptional talent and deep understanding of both traditional and contemporary Egyptian dance styles. Born and raised in Cairo, Lubna was immersed in Egypt's rich cultural heritage from an early age, rigorously training in classical belly dance (Raqs Sharqi) and folkloric styles. Her performances are characterized by their elegance, precision, and emotional depth, capturing the essence of Egyptian dance traditions. A significant aspect of Lubna’s artistic development is her connection with the legendary Nagwa Fouad, one of the most iconic figures in belly dance. Under Nagwa's mentorship, Lubna honed her skills and gained valuable insights, allowing her to blend traditional elements with contemporary interpretations. This mentorship has been instrumental in shaping Lubna’s dance style and teaching methods. Immersed in the rich dance traditions of his homeland from a young age, Simon mastered various styles, including Dabke and classical belly dance (Raqs Sharqi). His performances are characterized by energy, precision, and emotional depth, captivating audiences worldwide. Simon's unique approach blends traditional Lebanese dance elements with contemporary styles, creating a compelling dance experience that has earned him international acclaim. Simon has been mentored by several prominent figures in the belly dance community, including the legendary Lebanese dancer Amani.
